The outdoor space offered a lovely place to unwind.

Unfortunately, the sound from neighboring rooms was quite disruptive, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom felt cramped and not very comfortable for our family during our stay. Additionally, we found the cleaning service to be inconsistent, as we often had to manage our own trash and dirty towels.

The room had a great view, but the bathroom was too cramped for comfort.

Had such a cozy stay in a Queen Room with Sea View for 13 nights! The place was super clean, and I loved the helpful staff. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach just a short walk away. Can't wait to come back next year!

Consider requesting a room away from shared walls if noise is a concern, as it can affect your sleep quality.

Right on the beach, with a nice patio and outdoor grill. The bed was comfortable, and lots of food options nearby. Close to tourist shopping and a fun park with games, perfect for families. Very nice front desk folks.

Having our family vacation at Sandpiper Beachfront Motel was a dream! The beach access was literally steps away, allowing us to enjoy the sound of waves right outside our door. Doreen, at the front desk, made us feel at home with her warm hospitality. Our comfortable apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean, making it the perfect place to relax. We loved the outdoor seating area too, which offered a wonderful spot to unwind after a long day in the sun.

It was just a suitable option for a weekend vacation in Old Orchard Beach with excellent value for money. The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Make sure to check the grill availability for cooking your meals outside.

Perfect spot for families

The staff is super friendly and really goes outta their way to make you feel welcome. I mean, the owner came by and chatted with me while we enjoyed the beach view on the patio with some nice grilled food.

We had such a fantastic time on our recent five-night stay! The outdoor grill was perfect for family barbecues, and the comfortable bed helped us sleep like babies. However, I was hoping for a full kitchen instead of just a mini fridge and microwave.
